The lady at the Clinton store was extremely rude Im 58 and she wouldnt sell me lotto or cig . Accused me of buying them for someone else . Who cares if I was as long as they are old enough? Nasty nasty attitude . Ill get my gas elsewhere no wonder they keep or hire anyone . She should not be in cust service . So do not go to the Clinton st location near notrhwood st Very bad

Employee complaint
I phoned in a complaint Monday afternoon from your Dunkirk New York location. Manager Ryan Clemens verbally assaulted me and told me to get the *** off his property and don't ever come back. He was already pumping gas into my car and then had this change occur because I said hello. Are you over the past issues? That was it. He went to continue and tell me get off the property. He'll call the police. He then called his mother who came over beat on my car threatened to kill me and this is now the third time I've had to deal with this complaint from him. I have a company that I run all our cards for gas with you guys. We're not going to leave you but it sucks that we have to leave that location. I want to see that he is reprimanded and that I can be part of this because usually things like this are swept under the rug

- There are no cons other than this employee who was a manager has done this to me three times in a row

Employee would not pump my fuel
Waterford pa kwik fill. Older white man with grey pony tail an grey beard would not get out of his lawn chair a pump my fuel.
Preferred solution: Have employees do what they get paid to do

*** food wait time a hour and food was cold
A hour wait for food with no one ahead of us no one helped him make the food even tho there was 4 workers and wasnt busy paid 50 for just food and drinks waited a hour for food to be cold we got a half a turkey sub with l,m,am cheese. A grilled chicken sandwich with l,m,t and a Philly steak and a western burger. Poor service. The cashier Ian at 97 east avenue in wellsboro was the only one who was polite.
